Our products are made to order and the lead time is provided on each individual product page.
If you need your product by a specific date then please get in touch and we will be able to help.
You will be updated with an email and provided with a tracking number when your item is dispatched.
If you have any questions about your delivery or experience any problems, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Our furniture is built to last and we guarantee all our products against faults in manufacturing for 10 years.
We can accept returns for up to 30 days after the date of delivery. If you wish to make a return please contact us and we will provide a return address.
Returning Your Item
Please note that the postage cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the buyer. We would highly recommend sending the item via a tracked courier service and suggest using DPD Local.
We cannot be held responsible for returns sent via an untracked service which are either delayed or undelivered.
Exchange or Refund
Provided the item is returned in a resaleable condition, along with all its original packaging, we can arrange for an exchange, or issue a refund to the original payment method.
Please note that if you request a bespoke item, either built to a custom size or using a custom fabric, unfortunately we will not be able to accept returns.
If you would like to see how our fabrics work in your home or space, we are able to offer up to three fabric samples sent via first class post for free.
Please contact us, and let us know which samples you would like to request.
